Our Purpose:

In 2012, Lancaster County learned that key community health issues remain chronic. Obesity, smoking and access to preventive services are areas in which we need to do better. Why are these issues so difficult to address? What are the root causes and what have other communities, employers and social service agencies done to succeed in making positive change? The 2013 Health Summit will share ideas, methodologies, products, and services that you can actually use. These techniques in turn will have a direct impact on your organization’s health and productivity, as well as link directly back to the larger community health goals. Come see what we can do together that individually is impractical.
